Refreshing Herbal Iced Tea

This tea has absolutely NO sugar and is made from all herbal & natural ingredients!

Ingredients:
2 liters of Water
2-3 herbal teabags (Stash Brand is excellent – Wild Raspberry, Wild Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Mango Passion fruit, etc).
Juice of ½ lemon
¾ - 1 Tbsp (flat tablespoon) “Spoonable Stevia” (or to taste)

Bring the water to a boil. Combine with teabags (use 2 teabags if it’s a stronger flavour, or 3 teabags if it’s a milder flavour).

Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon. Add the “Spoonable Stevia” and stir well. The stevia may look like it is clumping at first, but if you keep stirring, it will dissolve evenly.

Let the mixture cool in the fridge for several hours (with the tea bags steeping) or overnight. Remove tea bags when ready to serve, and enjoy!

TIP: You can also mix the herbal tea with green tea (ie: 1 or 2 bags of herbal tea with 1 bag of green tea for extra flavour) – get creative!
