1 ripe avocado Mash avocado and tofu until creamy. Add in all other ingredients and mix well. Serve as dip or spread. |
AvocadoDespite being known for their high fat content, 4 oz of avocado has less fat than a salad made with 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing, a cup of potato salad made with mayonnaise, or a 3 oz burger patty made of lean beef. The fat in avocado is primarily monounsaturated (the good type of fat) and therefore may help lower cholesterol levels. So enjoy!
